FIELD: mineral concentration; may be used in pulp flotation. SUBSTANCE: flotation machine comprises flotation cell, drive aeration unit accommodating impeller inside blade stator. Impeller is made in the form of truncated hollow cone with projections on side surface. Cone small base faces downward. Impeller is connected with hollow shaft for air supply and has disc with radial blades in the upper part. Installed on cell bottom, under impeller, coaxially with it, is plate whose side surface has projections. Diameter of plate side surface is reducing in value towards plate upper base. Diameter of plate upper base equals 1.0-1.2 of diameters on impeller lower base. Plate height equals 0.5-1.2 of heights of impeller lower base. Plate height equals to 0.5-1.2 of heights of impeller cone part. Clearance between plate base and impeller base facing each other equals the clearance between impeller disc and stator.
