FIELD: heat-power engineering; boiler houses and electric power plants. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes deaerator provided with at least two plates, bubbling plate, heating agent and deaerated water pipe lines connected to deaerator and vacuum pump connected with deaerator by means of flash steam pipe line. Starting water pipe line is divided into two lines: one pipeline is connected to deaerator above second (in way of water motion) jet plate and second pipe line is connected to deaerator above first (in way of motion of water) jet plate in area of discharge of flash steam. Preheater is mounted on one of starting water pipe lines which is connected to deaerator above second jet plate and second pipe line is provided with spraying injector. EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency and reliability due to reduced volume of steam-and-air mixture of flash steam. 1 dwg
