FIELD: construction industry; face-trimmed panels. SUBSTANCE: panel has skeleton, external and internal webs forming casing with hollow filled with stuff. External web is made of multilayer net-clad plasterwork; plasterwork has underlayer, leveling blanket, and finishing coat. Internal web is made of monolithic and foamed polymeric compound. Method for panel manufacture includes erection of skeleton, external and internal webs of casing, their jointing to buildup of hollow and its filling with stuff. Plasterwork underlayer on external web of casing is first to be fabricated and reinforcing net is placed on underlayer or internal web of casing is manufactured; in the process hollow is filled with stuff. Hollow is formed by underlayer of external web of net-clad casing and skeleton or it may be formed by internal web of casing and skeleton. Hollow stuff is made in the form of granules covered with adhesive and allowed to dry out at 140-220 C till adhesion of stuff granules. After that internal web of casing is fixed in position and turned upside down; leveling blanket and finishing coat forming external web of casing are sequentially applied to underlayer of net-clad plasterwork; underlayer of plasterwork may be also applied to stuff, covered with reinforcing net, and then with leveling blanket and finishing coat of external web of casing.
