SUBSTANCE: polymer material, capable of being cross- linked by electron beam, contains, wt %: ethylene-propylene-diene rubber 45.0-50.0, polyisoprene rubber 2.0-3.0, stearic or oleic acid 0.2-0.3, paraffin oil (softening agent), oligomeric acrylic acid ester 4.0-7.5, carbon black 18.0-25.0, intercalated graphite compound (in particular, oxidized graphite) 8.0-15.0, and filler (kaolin and/or chalk and/or talc) - the balance.
