FIELD: manufacture of substrateless roll hydroinsulating material for roofing, hydroinsulation, anticorrosion protection and sealing of structures. SUBSTANCE: new composition includes 1.9 to 3.3 % bitumen, 15 to 20 % polychloroprene rubber, 5 to 10 % silicon-organic liquid, 0.4 to 0.8 % low-molecular siloxane rubber, 1.9 to 3.5 % oligoetheracrylate, 0.5 to 1.3 % chloroparaffin, 0.8 to 2.0 % ceresine, 7.5 to 10.0 % oil polymer resin, 3.3 to 7.5 % inorganic lead compound, 7.5 to 9.0 % alkylphenolformaldehyde resin, 0.5 to 1.2 % polyisocyanate, 5.0 to 7.5 % Aerosil silica powder, 25 to 30 % reclaimed rubber and/or rubber crumb, and up to 100 % (remainder) filler. Material strength accounts for 72 to 78 kgf/sq. cm at 20 C, 45 to 54 kgf/sq. cm at 60 C and 40 to 50 kgf/sq. cm at 80 C. Elastic recovery ability of rubber mixture is between 0.9 to 1.4 mm. Rubber sheet shrinkage ranges from 1.0 to 3.2 % . Rubber sheet surface roughness is optimum and allows prescribed parameters of end product shape. EFFECT: higher quality of end product. 1 tbl
