FIELD: methods of treatment of oil wells and also heat exchangers, and all equipment applicable in oil production with mixture for dissolving and removal of asphaltene residues. SUBSTANCE: method consists in introduction in oil wells of solubilizing composition including: (a) mainly hydrocarbon fraction consisting of, at least, 70%, preferably, at least, 80 wt. % o aromatic and alkyl aromatic hydrocarbons with alkyl group in form of C1-C4 group; (b) fraction mainly consisting of quinoline and isoquinoline as such, or alkyl substituted, preferably, as such with alkyl group in form of C1-C4 group.
