SUBSTANCE: device has flowmeter lowered into well on cable and fluid displacer attached to cable above flowmeter. Displacer is made in form of stringed on cable interconnected cylindrical members whose total length L is expressed by formula given in the invention description. Displacer is attached to cable at distance R from flowmeter expressed by equation given in the invention description. Cross-section area S of displacer member is constant over their entire length and is selected depending on preset flow rate and speed of recording of flow metering by formula S=q/V, where q is preset flow rate over wellbore, cu.m/h; V is speed of continuous recording of flow metering, m/h.
