FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has one or more planting sockets with removable deep equipment, lowered into well on pipes column. Planting socket is made in form of oval well chamber having an eccentric pocket with planting surfaces for compacting elements and one or more hydraulic channels, connecting hollows of pocket to behind-pipe and/or pipe spaces of well. Deep equipment is made in form of hollow body with hydraulic channels, outer compacting elements and holder. Inside the body measuring system is located with or without a damper. Deep equipment is mounted in eccentric pocket of well chamber with possible connection of behind-pipe and/or pipe space through hydraulic channels to measuring system for recording physical parameters of environment in behind-pipe and/or pipe space of well, and/or working parameters of pumping plant.
