SUBSTANCE: device has transmitting set on day surface and receiving set located in underground mine working. Transmitting set includes transmitter of low-frequency electromagnetic signals with code treatment, power supply unit and transmitting aerial. Receiving set includes receiving aerial, unit for signal amplifying and processing and power supply unit. Introduced into device is retransmitter installed on intermediate horizon and consisting of receiving part, signal time shift unit and transmitting part.
