FIELD: cellular communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves following operations: the user issues a command for control system by means of using each subordinate system of base station control system. Master system of base station control system processes command which controls respective emergency signal issued by master base station control system, when base station transceiver systems and base station controller systems send respective information about emergency condition. Then, slave system of base station control system outputs result of control of said emergency signal to each user. Goal of invention is achieved by device, which has main base station control system, multiple subordinate base station control systems, which are connected to main base station control system through commutation panel socket, multiple base station controllers, which are connected to respective multiple base station transceivers. In addition device has interface bridge network, which connects master base station control system to base station controllers.
