FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has feeding hopper, charging hopper, belt conveyor, and irradiation system with antennae and microwave energy sources. Belt of conveyor has adjustable speed. Microwave energy sources with antennae are positioned for mutual displacement along conveyor and are combined in accordance with seed treatment time program on conveyor belt part: L= V•T, where V is conveyor belt speed, T is program time. Conveyor of apparatus may be used in mechanized seed incrusting and seed capsulating line at seed production plants for programmed treatment of sugar beet seeds.
