FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves transplanting first of all two cutanomuscular flaps taken from subclavicular and brachial region to the defect area to form internal lining. In three months after having coalesced, the flaps are separated and food supply tube is formed. The so produced wound defect is covered with a cutanomuscular flap taken from pectoral region. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating generalized defects of pharynx and esophagus; low risk of postoperative complications; repaired food supply function. 2 dwg
