FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly oesophageal surgery. Substance of the technique consists in the fact that a skin strip is cut out on an anterior surface of a thorax to form a posterior wall of an artificial oesophagus. Its anterior wall is formed of two muculocutaneous pedicle flaps. One of them is taken from an abdominal rectus muscle with using a.epigastrica superior as a feed vessel, and anchored to a lower portion of the posterior wall of the artificial oesophagus, and the other one - from a greater pectoral muscle with using a perforating artery as a feed vessel which is a branch of a.thoracica interna, and anchored to an upper portion of the posterior wall of the artificial oesophagus and to the muculocutaneous flap anchored lower. An upper end of the artificial oesophagus is sutured together with a cervical segment of the preserved oesophagus, while a lower end is sutured in a stomach or a duodenum.

EFFECT: use of said invention enables providing adequate and proper blood supply of the artificial oesophagus, eliminating risk of thrombosis of an anastomosis which accompanies revascularisation, reducing operation length.
