SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to mark incisions: one of them - in clavicular projection at the side of fragment's development, the second - a circular submammary one that borders future cutaneous platform, then it is necessary to dissect the great pectoral muscle that corresponds to the size of cutaneous-fatty platform. On isolating a pectoral fragment one should suture up cutaneous-fatty part of the fragment towards muscular one. Then the tunnel should be developed by separating skin and subcutaneous fiber at anterior thoracic wall to come onto posterior clavicular edge in its middle third. Then it is important to isolate soft tissues against inferior and posterior clavicular parts. At the neck, at inferior edge of the defect one should separate skin and subcutaneous-fatty fiber towards the clavicle by forming a subcutaneous tunnel which should be connected with the tunnel developed subclavicularly. The developed flap should be applied in subcutaneous tunnel and under the clavicle into prepared bed of the defect. The innovation suggested enables to improve functional and esthetic results of reconstructive-restorative operation.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty.
