FIELD: shipbuilding; submarine vessels breaking ice cover by resonance flexural gravitational waves. SUBSTANCE: enhanced efficiency of method is obtained through increase of tension stresses in ice cover at constant parameters of flexural gravitational waves by creating thermal shock.
