SPRINKLING-SPRAYING UNIT Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, irrigated agriculture. SUBSTANCE: unit has tractor, carrier girder, pump, water supply girdle with sprinkler heads, compressor, surfactant vessel, additional pipeline arranged in equally spaced position on water supply girdle and sprinklers hydraulically connected to surfactant vessel through pipe. Compressor is provided with drive and connected through air hose to bubbler mounted on bottom of surfactant vessel. Surfactant is carmydol comprising higher fatty alcohol and carbamide (urea). Surfactant vessel has pressure gauge, safety inlet valve, valve with remote control equipment, vent and closure. Surfactant vessel is connected through valve with remote control equipment to additional pipeline. Vent is adapted for connecting pump pressure hose with surfactant vessel. Each sprinkler head is aligned with sprinkler. Head and sprinkler are formed as integral part. Sprinkler nozzle is directed tangentially to drop forming blade of head. Sprinkler nozzle incorporates adjustable jet fixed on end of screw equipped with flywheel. Sprinkler cavity is communicated with additional pipeline through compensator. Unit may be employed for cultivating of farm crops in arid zones and in zones with marked continental climate. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation of unit. 9 cl, 8 dwg
