FIELD: agricultural engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed manipulator has flat base 1 with mounting brackets 2, 3, 4 and telescopic supports 5, 6 slewing column 8 secured for turning around base axle and carrying hinge-mounted boom 9, arm 10 and hook 11, power hydraulic cylinders installed in pairs to control operation of boom 9 and arm 10, and additional hydraulic cylinders 14, 15 of slewing column turning mechanism. Slewing column 8 is made in form of L-shaped beam whose horizontal bar is directed towards eyes of power cylinders installed in pairs. Lower cut of flat base 1 is furnished with additional beam installed at right angle, whose farthest end is directed to side of mounting brackets 3, 4. Farthest ends of horizontal bar and additional beam are mechanically coupled by turning mechanism 16 of slewing column 8 furnished with bell crank whose axis is aligned with column turning vertical axis. Additional hydraulic cylinders 14, 15, with rod and rodless spaces hydraulically communicating crosswise manner, are pointed in different directions and are connected by rods. Base of one hydraulic cylinders 15 is mounted on horizontal bar of L-shaped beam, and base of other hydraulic cylinder 14, on additional beam of flat base. EFFECT: increased boom and arm turning angles in horizontal plane, simplified design, reduced dynamic loads on extreme sections of column in turning. 13 dwg
