SUBSTANCE: the installation has a basic machine, tamping mechanism mounted on it and made in the form of a pulley block system consisting of an immerser with movable and fixed blocks secured on a bearer frame, and cable, whose one end is attached to the winch drum, and the other end - to the bearer frame, ram guide with guides, loads and outriggers. The bedplate is equipped with cantilever rollers by means of which it suspended from the basic machine running gear through a beam for movement up to the coming-off along the tracks of the running gear; the bearer frame is equipped with guides and cylinders for extension of containers with loads. The front outriggers are equipped with hydraulic cylinders for horizontal extension. The ram guide is made telescopic of interconnected sections with a drive for its extension. The immerser moves on the guides installed on the movable section of the ram guide, the immerser is equipped with a lifting gear made in the form of a pulley block system consisting of a cable, whose one end is attached to the immerser, and the other - to the bearing section of the ram guide through the block on the movable section.
