SUBSTANCE: method involves determining viscosity properties of coagulating blood, reaction period, thrombinate constant, amplitude, clot formation time, spontaneous blood platelets aggregation intensity, integral index of retraction and spontaneous clot lysis. The reaction period being equal to 5- 7 min, spontaneous blood platelets aggregation intensity being within the limits of -2 to -6 relative units, thrombinate constant being within the limits of 4-6 min, amplitude being within the limits of 500-700 relative units, integral index of retraction and spontaneous clot lysis being equal to 10- 20%, stable development of the cardiac ischemia disease is to be predicted. The reaction period being less than 5 min, spontaneous blood platelets aggregation intensity being within the limits of -8 to -12 relative units, clot formation time being less than 40 min, integral index of retraction and spontaneous clot lysis being below 10% but not less than 5%, and thrombinate constant and amplitude showing no changes, unstable development course of cardiac ischemia disease and threatened acute myocardial infarction is to be predicted.
