SUBSTANCE: output signal control unit has board of transmitter's up-converter, which has first and second mixers, and attenuator, which is inserted between board of transmitter's up-converter and terminal output. Attenuator controls output of transmitted signal, which frequency is increased, so that system receives specific non-desired signal description, which is independent of amplification and attenuation, when transmitted signal is subjected to frequency multiplication. Goal of invention is achieved by means of control of output gain of terminal mixer at up-converter board. EFFECT: improved noise suppression. 4 cl, 11 dwg
