FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has encoding unit, modulation unit, pilot signal mixer, recording and reading controllers, carrier reinsertion unit, demodulation unit, decoding unit. Modulated signal is mixed to pilot signal. Resulted mix is converted to magnetization signal for recording to magnetic medium. Upon reading carrier reinsertion unit generates synchronization signal by means of pilot signal decoding. Synchronization signal frequency is equal to carrier frequency.
