FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has first and second vessels for storage of liquid, for instance liquid soap, for washing hands, first and second tips, and pumping mechanism for withdrawing washing liquid from first and second vessels and ejecting washing liquid via first and second tips, respectively. Pumping mechanism has first drive lever for urging pumping mechanism to pump washing liquid via first tip and second drive lever for urging pumping mechanism to pump washing liquid via second tip. First and second drive levers operate independently, so washing liquid may be selectively dispensed from one of vessels. Drive levers are provided with devices for instructing users the way of handling drive levers, or in accordance with such instructions hand washing liquid may be supplied to hand portion greatly needing it with minimum loss of washing liquid. Apparatus eliminates necessity for manual moving of drive levers between washing liquid sources and provides dispensing of washing liquid directly onto user's palms.
