FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying the first layer by anodizing with titanium and its alloys under permanent or pulsating current with sparkle discharge. The second layer is applied to the implant portion to be implanted into the tissue dipping it 2-3 times into the suspension containing hydroxyapatite powder and biological glass with hydroxyapatite taken in the amount of 70-95% by mass and biological glass - 5-30% by mass. The covered layer is dried at 600-800 C during 0.5-1 h. EFFECT: improved biological activity properties including osteoinductive and osteoconductive activity. 1 tbl
