FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing materials used for covering metallic implants. Calcium-phosphate powders showing biological activity in applying on implants are prepared by thermal treatment of osseous material at temperature 1000 C for 2 h. Then method involves rough grinding, isolation of fraction less 5 mm, their fine grinding by pneumo-pulse grinding, separation for fractions with particles size 10-150, 151-250, 251-350, 351-450 mcm and above 450 mcm. Prepared powders are treated with 0.1 N HCl solution, washed out with distilled water to pH value in washing out waters 6-7 and dried at temperature 105-120 C. Fractions of calcium-phosphate powder with particles size 10-150 mcm and/or above 450 mcm after their applying on implants elicit activity stimulating the growth of connective tissue; fraction with particles size 151-250 mcm and/or 351-450 mcm elicit osteoconductive activity, and fractions with particles size 251-350 mcm elicit osteoinductive activity.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable medicinal properties of powders.
