FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has implant modeling bone defect, fixing members, and ceramic tube dividing the implant into proliferation spheres. The implant is manufactured from porous ceramic biologically active material. External fixing member is titanium plate with biologically active coating. It is suggested to coat the titanium plate with material of the following composition: hydroxyapatite with magnesium oxide, silicon oxide, titanium oxide, manganese oxide, iron oxide, chromium oxide and vanadium oxide added in the amount not exceeding their content in bone tissue. To implement the device, ceramic biologically active material is developed that has volastonite and hydroxyapatite containing glass according to the invention in the following ratio of ingredients, mas.%: hydroxyapatite, 10-40; glass, 0-10; volastonite, the balance. Material porosity is 20-60% with pore diameter being equal to 30-300 mcm, volastonite fibers are 0.1-0.5 mm long with diameter-to-length ratio being equal to (1:10)-(3:5). Chemical composition of the glass material is selected in the following ratio, mas.%: SiO2, 50-70; CaO, 3-8; P2O5, 3-6; Al2O3, 14-16; MgO, 0.1-3; K2O, 7-12; Na2O, 1-3 .
