The biologically active substances making up the cream composition have properties causing their ability to move under the action of constant current electric field of 6- 12 V voltage. The biologically active substances carry electric charge. The method involves applying the cream to the skin surface and then expose it to electric field action. The constant current electric field of 6-12 V voltage is used. Portable device is applied. The device has casing which central part conducts no electric current and both peripheral parts are made from current conducting material. The peripheral parts are connected to the positive and negative poles of power supply source placed in the central part of the casing.
