FIELD: equipment for anti-icing treatment of external surfaces of aircraft. SUBSTANCE: mobile plant 1 includes hoisting mechanism 21 with cab for operator, pump and pipe lines 4 with nozzles 5 for feeding anti-icing fluid to surface to be treated, anti-icing fluid storage reservoir, receiving reservoir for used anti-icing fluid and pipe lines with pump for delivery of anti-icing fluid to storage reservoir. Used fluid receiving trays 10 are articulated along sides of plant to ensure angle of inclination of 3 to 10 deg relative to horizontal line. These trays are provided with pipe lines for delivery of used anti-icing fluid to regenerating unit. Regenerating unit includes heater, evaporator, moisture separator, heat exchanger and delivery pump interconnected by means of pipe lines fitted with filters. Trays are dismountable assembled device which are telescopically extensible; their width is no less than 3.0 m and their length is equal to length of mobile plant.
