FIELD: technology of burning liquid wastes; metallurgy, chemical, electronic and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes cyclone furnace with opening for escape of melt, thermochemical reactor connected with this furnace and provided with injectors for treatment of flue gases by amine-containing additive, air recuperator, scrubber-cooler, centrifugal drip pan with outlet branch pipes communicating the space of drip pan with atmosphere and with dry -type dust collector after which smoke stack is located in way of flue gases. Injectors are arranged in side walls of thermochemical reactor at distance not exceeding one diameter of cyclone furnace from its axis. In center of cyclone furnace bottom there is projection made from refractory material at diameter not exceeding 0.3 diameter of cyclone furnace and height equal to height of lower mark of flue gas outlet hole. Air recuperator is connected with burners of cyclone furnace and with mixing chamber. Mixing chamber is located between scrubber and smoke stack. EFFECT: increased amount of melt; reduced entrapping of minerals and moisture by flue gases; enhanced operational reliability and ecological efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg
