The spoon is provided with a set of removable, different height palatal convexities which pedicles, when used, are fixed in openings produced in spoon base all over the internal board perimeter, providing in this way production of both dental arch prosthesis and full artificial denture. Spoon handle is lifted and has spherical recesses in tail part and on the back surface of the spoon base, bosses are made on both sides from the handle. The bosses also have spherical recesses. EFFECT: excluded need to pool patient lip during the operation process; reliable fixation. 2 dwg
