FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, in particular to manufacturing detachable clasp dental prostheses. Attachment consists of container, container cover, patrix and elastic cap, made of plastic. Patrix is provided with spherical guide rod, made in form of ball, truncated in its lower part and gradually going into rod leg. Internal ball surface of cap and belt of its smooth transference are congruent to respective surfaces of button spherical rod. Container has cover, whose internal surface shape is congruent to external surface of elastic cap. Patrix is provided with rails, intended for entrance into respective slot of container for reliable container joining during assembling. In the first version of attachment implementation spherical guide rod is located on horizontal base, its axis is vertical and parallel to rails and axis of parallel-holder. In the second version of attachment implementation spherical guide rod is located on vertical base, its axis is horizontal.
EFFECT: more accurate fixation of clasp prosthesis and elimination of necessity of interlock formation on crowns due to combination of guide rails with sphere in patrix.
