FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two clamping lips one of which possesses inlet member and the other one has outlet member. One of the mentioned clamping lips is movable towards the other clamping lip and aside from it to enable the lips to be brought in engagement with cartridge in attaching the inlet and outlet members to the hollow contact protrusion on cartridge containing powder. The cartridge is placed between the clamping lips for letting liquid flow. Each clamping lip is provided with sealing ring embracing the hollow contact protrusion on cartridge containing powder to enable tight sealing to take place. One of the clamping lips is arranged to enable linear displacement towards the other clamping lip and then from it to make engagement with the cartridge containing powder and to enable engagement of both clamping lips clamping lips. Tight engagement of the inlet and outlet members is created in this way. EFFECT: facilitated device disinfection and change of sealing rings. 11 cl, 18 dwg
