SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of manufacturing package closure (10), to package closure (10), to device designed for its manufacture, and to the use of said device. Method for producing package closure (10) having neck (18) and cap (19) comprising the steps of by means of movable jaws (11, 12) and outer tool core (16) forming neck (18) and cap (19) in one single integrated piece, wherein neck (18) is connected to cap (19) through notch (23), by means of an inner tool core (17) forming flexible projection (28) on an inner side of cap (19) for interaction with inner tool core (17), displacing outer tool core (16) in relation to package closure (10) and inner tool core (17) to at least partially disengage package closure (10) from outer tool core (16), by means of inner tool core (17) retaining cap (19) by projection (28) formed on interior side of cap (19) and simultaneously, by means of ejector (15), displacing neck (18) in relation to cap (19) and breaking notch (23) to form a package closure having cap (19) mounted on neck (18), by means of ejector (15) displacing package closure (10) in relation to inner tool core (17), so that projection (28) by its flexibility is disengaged from inner tool core (17).

EFFECT: technical result achieved with the use of a group of inventions is to use a simplified manufacturing method that makes it possible to manufacture package closures entirely using a single tool without subsequent assembly.
