FIELD: public catering. SUBSTANCE: the set is made in the form of container sections combined in a common block for the first, second and third courses, placed in which are fast-cooking food-stuffs, having a long term of storage. Provision is made for sections for keeping of covers and additional accessories. The sections for the first and second courses are interconnected by ducts. All sections are closed by respective sealed covers. For cooking of a complex of courses of the container have holes for flooding of hot liquid. Through these holes liquid may be fed to the sections with the first, second and third courses or to the sections with the second and third courses only. The structure of the set of dishes influences the process of cooking of the complex of courses. In the first modification the set of dishes is positioned in the horizontal plane, and in the second modification at flooding of hot liquid in is transferred from the horizontal position to the vertical one after a certain time delay, and then, after one more delay, it is returns to the original horizontal position. The principle of action of the set at cooking of the complex of courses consists in the possibility of transfer of excess liquid to the section of the first course after flooding of the second course. The set has a number of appliances and devices: a hook for acceptance of meal in the transport facility, for example, a truck. The set is provided with a glass, thin tube for drinking, expanding stop and napkins of various types. It provides for commercial production of the set for a complex of courses of fast-cooking food-stuffs, arrangement of these food-stuffs and covers and additional appliances with observance of sanitary requirements.
