SUBSTANCE: food product contains boneless meat of any quality of various species of domestic cattle, rabbits, poultry, fish, protein sea product, and also their mixtures including raw material nonstandard by fattiness. It is a boiled or heat treated, crushed, formed and dried product. The product has a finely-divided, hygroscopic, moisture-conducting and porous structure. The proposed product contains flavor, texturizer, binder and moisture-conducting elements. Due to action of the above-mentioned components on product and/or action on it mechanically at forming, auxiliary moisture-conducting capillary channels are formed. The product is ready to use at adding boiling liquid in it, for example, water, milk, broth.
