FIELD: production of metallic composite materials for aerospace engineering and automobile industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes combining aluminum alloy melt with melt of flux in inert atmosphere; ceramic phase is preliminarily mixed with flux for reduction of partial pressure of oxygen and mixture is molten in inert atmosphere together with aluminum-base alloy melt for dispersion of ceramic phase in it. Ceramic phase of proposed material contains titanium diboride, for example. Flux used for forming proposed material includes lithium and magnesium.
