FIELD: oil production equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in production wells run with aid of well sucker-rod pumps. Fittings of well-head includes body with duct communicating with space of tubing strings and duct communicating with well clearance, conical coupling, poppet shut-off valve and well-head gland. Globe valve and sampler are installed in duct communicating with space of tubing string. Valve is open when sample is to be taken. Globe valve is located in duct communicating with well clearance. Body also has additional duct communicate space of tubing string with well clearance. It houses shut- off valve that should be open to take sample. Invention makes it possible to design compact fittings with non-freezing shutting-and-adjusting and measurement units that can be installed and removed without rarefaction in fittings and to take samples over entire section of flow.
