FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petroleum industry, and can be used in the oil with the high gas content production. According to the oil with increased gas content mechanized production method, using the pump with potential capacity of 25–30 % more than the fluid from the formation into the well calculated inflow. After the liquid lifting from the well in the muffling liquid volume, without the sucker rod pump operation stopping, the well fluid is supplied to the annular space from the oil collection system at a rate of 40 % to 50 % of the sucker rod pump capacity. This liquid is supplied for the time required to equalize the pressures in the annular space and in the oil collection line. Then the annular space is cut off from the oil collection line by the gate valve. Accumulated in the annular space gas is throttled through the gas bypass valve, which is set at the calculated depth according to the analytical expression. In order to maintain the optimal dynamic level in the well and to meet the well fluid from the reservoir equal flow condition at the extraction rate by the pump, associated gas from the annular space is supplied to the sucker rod intake pump through the nozzle.
EFFECT: enabling possibility of the low-yield wells with large gas content outputting for the wells long-term steady-state operation with of the pump feed disruption, plunger in the pump cylinder wedging minimal risks.
