SUBSTANCE: proposed device has hermetically sealed housing and end face unit with external drive, porous heat-liberating member in form of piston reciprocating relative to housing. Inner drive is a rod moving relative to housing, one end of which is coupled with porous piston and end of other side is coupled with external drive through end face unit. Owing to reciprocation of porous piston relative to hermetically sealed housing filled with working liquid, the latter is heated to preset temperature not limited in value owing to Joule-Thomson effect.
