FIELD: agriculture and biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing growing medium for rootage; adding equal amounts of mineral and organic fertilizers, and hydroxybenzoic acid with concentration of from 1x10 ^-5 to 1x10 ^-4 M in an amount allowing volume of solution to reach 1 l; setting pH value of 5.5-5.7; heating while solving agar-agar suspension; dispensing growing medium in vessels and subjecting to autoclaving at pressure of 1 atm and temperature of 120 C for 15-20 min; planting buds in growing medium; after 30 days of cultivation in rootage growing medium, withdrawing rooted plants from vessels and treating them with boric acid of concentration from 1.5x10 ^-4 to 1.5x10 ^-3 M; transferring and planting treated rooted plants into nonsterile medium. Method allows adaptivity of plants in nonsterile conditions to be increased by 13.3-49% as compared to known adaptation method.
