FIELD: agriculture, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium has the following components, mg/l: ammonium nitrate 20-30; potassium nitrate 940-960; calcium chloride 210-230; magnesium sulfate 180-190; potassium phosphate 80-90; iron sulfate 13-13.8; sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate 18.5-18.9; boric acid 3.0-3.2; manganese sulfate 11.0-11.4; zinc sulfate 4.1-4.5; potassium iodide 0.40-0.44; sodium molybdate 0.11-0.15; copper sulfate 0.011-0.015; cobalt chloride 0.011-0.015; myo-inositol 40-60; thiamine, pyridoxine, nicotinic acid by 0.2-0.3; ascorbic acid 0.4-0.6; indolylbutyric acid 0.5-1.5; benzoic acid hydroxy-derivative 0.5-10.0; sucrose 14000-16000; agar 6000-8000, and water - the rest to 1 l. New component in this medium is benzoic acid hydroxy-derivative at concentration 0.5-10.0 mg/l. Proposed medium increases percent of sprouts rooting, improves development of rood and above ground plant systems, increases adaptability of tube plants after sowing to nonsterile conditions. EFFECT: improved quality and enhanced effectiveness of medium. 3 cl, 3 tbl
