Nutrient medium supplemented with quinolinic acid contains, mg/l: ammonium nitrate, 820-830; potassium nitrate, 940-960; calcium chloride, 210-230; magnesium sulfate, 180-190; potassium phosphate, 80-90; sodium phosphate, 100-900; iron sulfate, 13.4-13.8; sodium ethylenediaminotetraacetate, 18.5-18.9; boric acid 3.0-3.2; manganese sulfate, 11.0-11.4; zinc sulfate, 4.1-4.5; potassium iodide, 0.40-0.44; sodium molybdate, 0.11-0.15; copper sulfate, 0.011-0.015; cobalt chloride, 0.011-0.015; myoinositol, 40-60; thiamin, 0.2-0.3; pyridoxine, 0.2-0.3; nicotinic acid, 0.2-0.3; ascorbic acid, 0.4-0.6; citric acid, 100-700; indolylbutyric acid, 0.5-1.5; quinolinic acid, 0.2-2.0; sucrose 14000- 16000; agar 6000-8000; and water up to 1 l.
