FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing light guide having rounded end inside of the tubular structure by perforating its wall or through natural path. The organ is illuminated from inside using monochromatic light of 680 nm wavelength which intensity is enough for achieving external organ outlines visualization through surrounding soft tissues of organ to be operated. The position of the organ to be operated is determined by light indication. EFFECT: accelerated operation time; lower risk of traumatic complications; no need in sealing the tubular organ.
