FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for intraoperative determination of blood microcirculation disorder in abdominal tissues during laparoscopic interventions comprises a laparoscope, made in the form of a rigid metal tube with a lighting port and an eyecup, connected through lighting port to optical fiber with Y-shaped branching, one of the branches of which is connected to an endoscopic illuminator, and the other is to a laser light source with wavelength of 785 nm, which, in turn, is connected through a laser light source driver with wavelength of 785 nm to a microcontroller connected to a personal computer with data processing software, connected to a color monitor and a video camera coupled to the laparoscope eyecup by means of an optical system.
EFFECT: using the given invention enables to monitor blood supply to tissues in real time.
