FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has supporting members as ring segments with strips fixed in perpendicular to them. The supporting members are connected to each other with cross-bars produced as tubes threaded right- and left-hand at the ends of their canals. Rods with corresponding threads are introduced into the tubes. The cross-bars are attached to the strips with fixing members. Members for making fixation to bones are produced as pointed bone rods attached to corresponding supporting members with fixing members.
