SUBSTANCE: proximal support is installed on the wing of iliac bone, distal one - at the lower third of a thigh, both supports are connected to each other with the help of bars via intermediate support installed at the level of greater trochanter, a channel is developed in subtrochanteric area of a thigh that is directed outwards to inwards and from the bottom to upwards, a threading rod is passed through it the sharpened end of which is screwed in into ischial bone, at the same time its external end is installed upon intermediate support, the second threading rod is installed at the same support and screwed in into greater trochanter, the third threading rod installed upon proximal support is screwed in into superacetabular area. EFFECT: higher efficiency to obtain low traumatic (closed) restoration of cotyloid cavity anatomy and hip joint, improved therapy results. 1 dwg
