FIELD: medicine, particularly, orthopedics and traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method includes application of apparatus for treatment of displaced transtrochanterian fractures of pelvis. Installed on intermediate support located between proximal support formed on iliac bones and distal support of femur is a rod introduced through canal in soft tissues over anterior surface of trochanterian-subtrochanterian region of femur into ischial bone. In this case, the rod is directed from outside inside and from front backward, and connected movably with intermediate support for motion in various directions and fixation.
