FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described is method of preparing 1-alkoxy-2,3- fullerene [60] alumacyclopropanes of general formula I: wherein n is 1-6, R is Ch3,C2H5,C4H9 and C60 is allotropic modification of carbon. Method comprises reacting fullerene [60] with excessive amount of alkoxyaluminium dichloride (RO-AlCl2) and activated magnesium in the presence of titanocene dichloride (Cp2TiCl2) in argon atmosphere under normal conditions in solvent for 12-16 hours. Yield of the final product is 51-76%. EFFECT: preparation of new organoaluminium compounds. 9 ex, 1 tbl
