FIELD: motor roads and their facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing 1 with turnable cover 2 mounted on safety barrier. Housing accommodates chamber 5 inflated by gas feeding device 12 and explosive cartridge 13 for interaction with cover 2. Chamber 5 has slings 9 wound on two reels 10 installed on shaft 11 found in housing 1. In case of road accident, if automobile strikes against barrier, impact sensor operates. Manual cut-in sensor can also be used in device instead of explosive cartridge. EFFECT: increased efficiency of visual perception under any weather conditions. 8 cl, 13 dwg
