Central wheels are made as discs with internal teeth and two rims at their ends. Gear and satellite gear in planetary mechanism are made in form of block with two spur rims. One of central wheels is driven wheel, and the other is driving one. One of spur rims of each block engages central driving wheel and the other rim, with driven wheel.
