FIELD: laminated packaging material for shape-stable packaging container impermeable for liquid, possessing a high impermeability with respect to gaseous oxygen. SUBSTANCE: the packaging material has a configurationally rigid but foldable base layer of paper or board, and a layer of polyvinyl alcohol applied onto one side of the base layer as a barrier for gaseous oxygen. The material is featured by the fact that the layer of polyvinyl alcohol is attached to the base layer by a layer of plastic applied between the layer of polyvinyl alcohol and base layer.
